Shipping Policy

At repose. (Repose Shop LLC), we strive to deliver your apparel as quickly and efficiently as possible. We partner with Printify for print-on-demand fulfillment and Bella + Canvas as our suppliers to produce high-quality, American-made products. This Shipping Policy outlines our process, timelines, and responsibilities to ensure a smooth delivery experience on our Wix-powered website.
1. Shipping Regions
We currently ship to and only to the United States.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of your order, and the shipping method selected. Costs are provided by Printify and vary depending on the carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx) and chosen option (standard, priority, etc.).
3. Processing and Delivery Times
3.1 Order Processing
Since our products are custom-made, Printify and Bella + Canvas typically require 2–7 business days to produce your order. Once production is complete, your order will be shipped.
3.2 Shipping Times
Total delivery time (production + shipping) typically ranges from 4–12 business days for orders. These are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to high demand, holidays, peak seasons, or unforeseen events.

United States: Typically 2–5 business days after production (depending on the shipping method selected by Printify; standard delivery is common).
4. Shipping Carriers
We use trusted carriers such as USPS and FedEx, as selected by Printify based on the fulfillment provider and shipping option. The carrier for your order will be specified in your shipping confirmation email.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order directly through your Wix account dashboard. If you have trouble tracking your order, contact us at hello@reposeshop.co.
6. Shipping Issues
6.1 Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. If an order is returned to Printify due to an incorrect or insufficient address, we can arrange to reship the order, but you will be responsible for additional shipping fees. Alternatively, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion.
6.2 Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at hello@reposeshop.co within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with Printify and the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue, which may include a reprint, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances.
6.3 Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, high-volume periods, or events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or carrier issues). We will do our best to keep you informed of any known delays.
